### **What is Agency’s return policy?**

Agency does not accept or process returns or exchanges for any subscription orders.

We're unable to accept returned bottles in exchange for a refund, nor can they be exchanged for an alternate formula.

If you'd prefer not to receive an upcoming shipment, we're happy to help - simply contact our Success Team, or [adjust your next order date](https://app.agencyskin.com/dashboard/shipments) at least two business days before your [next order is scheduled to process](https://app.agencyskin.com/dashboard/shipments).

**Return Policy: Agency Shop Purchases**

For non-subscription orders made on the Agency shop, you may request to return a shipment by emailing hello@agencyskin.com within 14 days of delivery. Returns are subject to approval.
