You can request to be prescribed a Future Formula, a Dark Spot Formula, and/or an Eye Formula. You may select up to two of these prescription products during your trial and up to three prescription products in your future orders. However, your medical provider will determine the best Treatment Plan for you. Payments are made per-order for all boxes. Trial offer
We're currently offering a 30-day trial (plus shipping & handling) to all new members. After your trial, you’ll transition to a full-size product subscription that processes automatically every 60 days. Your trial shipment will contain one prescription product of your choice. To order additional prescription products, you can edit your subscription anytime ahead of your next shipment.

- Your initial skin assessment
- Your personalized prescription products every 60 days, plus any additional products you’ve chosen to include in your subscription box
- 1 consultation credit per shipment received
Your consultation credits are good for starting one-on-one medical conversations with your licensed dermatology provider, where you’ll have the ability to have a back-and-forth response. Note that your consultation may close after a period of inactivity.
These credits do not expire, so you can message your dermatology provider as needed. If you wish to reach out with additional questions, we offer the option to pay for additional consultation credits for only $10 each!

Making Changes?
If you’d like to change your payment information or cancel, you can do so at any time via your Payment Page.
Canceling after an order has been billed will not cancel a pending order. To avoid any unwanted charges and shipments, it is important to make any changes two business days ahead of an order if you no longer wish to receive it.
Gifting Agency?
Agency accounts cannot be created on behalf of someone else, and we do not currently offer any gifting or gift card options.

Price Increase
In early 2024, our subscription price increased for the first time since our launch in 2014. This was a direct result of increasing costs (things like raw materials, transportation and inflation), which affected us at Agency like they affected so many others. Increasing our prices was a last resort, but necessary to continue to provide you with the caliber of products you know and trust. * Adjustments made to an order after payment has been made and a shipment is in our bottle formulation queue will not alter your current order. It will apply to your next scheduled invoice/order.
**Tax is applied to our products wherever required by law. Tax applied to our trial box is subject to PA or MO requirements. Referral credit will not be applied to cover taxes.
