Product use instructions can be found on each product's packaging! As for the order, it is generally recommended to follow the product's consistency (layer from thinnest to thickest). Use frequency may vary by product.

For some products, it's generally recommended to start out slowly, and then gradually ramp up to daily use as tolerated. Instructions on how to use each product can be found on the packaging.
